I have had to dump half a dozen or more e-mails directly from Measures
(did not have the reflector header) a day since he began his campaign
to fix the "lost mail." As that is multiple, uninvited, unwelcome
e-mail from him, it certainly constitutes a mailbomb ... by your
own definition ("multiple e-mails to one person").
