[Amps] hv resistors

I contacted them and they say they don't sell any high voltage
resistors anymore.  I wasn't particularly impressed by the knowledge of
the person I spoke to though.  If anyone knows a name of someone known
to be knowledgable at Hosfelt, give me their name and I'll try again.
