Hello All:

I think that I have the right group to ask this question:

Being new to tube amps, can someone please tell me the right procedure to
tune an AL-80B? I am not new to ham radio, just the amp. I have it on a
240VAC line. I have it connectes via ALC and send cables to my 756Pro III.
Should I use the rigs auto tuner on 15M when called for? I have a Force 12
C3SS qand an 40M wire dipole on a switch.

I need the initial setup and band to band tweaking procedure. I used the
procedure that comes with the amp, but I do not see the results (1KW)
anywhere but around the 14,250 initial setting.

Please help. I made it throughh CWSSB but I think I could do better.
