That is unfortunately not correct. I used to live in Sweden and the
distribution system there was 3-phase 380V and approx. 220 between one phase
and ground.

Nowadays it's changed to a 3-phase system with 400V and approx. 230v for one
phase.

No........... 240Volt 3 phase has 240 between legs.
208 three phase has 208 between legs.
