It doesn't normally take much leverage to break one loose, or offrelatively speaking. OTOH it's not something I'd normally expect.I would pitch such a connector though as that represents a possible highresistance joint, even if it handles little current.

I must have caused something to weaken it at some point - I just don't knowhow or when. Thanks for the forensics on that part of the connector. I'llexamine the failure point after I replace it.
