No one building a 15KW amp will be that stupid to use 10-12 ga wire to
connect the pi to the antenna.
And that wire must be very long that you can measure a Z of 250-500 ohm.

On the amps by Telefunken, Siemens, Rohde&Schwarz, Harris, Collins etc. I
saw, coax was only used on long runs from the pi net to the output.
Otherwise the pi was connected directly to the output connector or
directional coupler with wide copper strap.
In my Harris amp the directional coupler is a bird thru line coupler with QC connectors, antenna side with HN socket, pi side with open terminal screw on
type.
