[CQ-Contest] Practice of sending "?"

Subject: [CQ-Contest] Practice of sending "?"

I agree with Tim. Responding to "?" rarely pays off with a QSO. I figure
my CQ's are short and I'm sending at 30wpm or higher....so it won't hurt for
the station to stand by a couple of extra seconds while I send another CQ.
