My suggestions:
W/VE Send Serial and State.
Serial is different for every QSO. It forces the listening
station to listen, and it facilitates post-contest log checking
(by ARRL).
State is needed for multiplier tracking.
DX Send Serial.
Nothing else is needed, because the DX callsign itself indicates
multipliers.
I see no merit in including any other data which doesn't change
from one QSO to another, and which isn't multiplier or points
related (to include Power and Grid Squares)
Finally, do away with RS(T). It's invariably 59(9) in this contest
and it's not required on QSLs for any ARRL award.
