Many reflectors I use delete the personal reply-to addresses. My reply to
you directly was just an oversight on my part. Please accept my apologies.
I posted to the list as a relevant part of the conversation and I have no
idea who Wayne Mills is and do not recall hearing his name before today.
As I stated, I submitted another request yesterday and today received a
confirmation email from ARRL.
When I receive the card, we’ll see if this one takes. I have not been able
to get two others to work since I was a beta tester. I really don’t
understand what they did or why they made us all recertify when they changed
to the real LOTW. They did and I haven’t been a part since.
Maybe this one will work.
73 for now
Hope to see you on the air.

How about this: In place of complaining to me, and the entire list, why not
contact Wayne Mills, N7NG, directly with the problem. Since LOTW started
I've had a couple of e-mail exchanges with Wayne and he has been
extraordinarily helpful. I'll be willing to bet a dollar to a doughnut he
will solve the problem.

If the ARRL will cooperate and send me what I need, maybe I'll get
certified. They seem to have ignored my last three or four emails with the
TQ5 files. I just sent one today. Maybe I should send it every day until I
receive the post card.
Maybe one day I'll get on there again.
