You would think so, but when I asked for NR, I got the same thing.  I asked
for p-o-w-e-r & got the same AK.  Then I got dumped, and it took several
minutes of calling again to finally get my question answered (with a
different cut number).

Just like with Politicians, I know intelligence can not be legislated.
HOWEVER, Contest Sponsors have the ability to DQ those who don't follow the
rules, and the rules ***SHOULD*** Clarify what cut numbers are permitted and
anything else is subject to DQ.

Fortunately (this time), I am obviously not the only one who is fed up with
the bizarre cut number crap.
