Rules are in place for a reason, if the rules states RST then, then an RST
MUST be sent.....

otherwise why do we all bother....lets just make up our own rules applicable
to just our own stations
I'm sure that would lead to chaos and would not last long.....

I'm only a small station but since starting contesting 3 years ago, I've had
a blast, lets keep it fun, but OBEY the rules
