I'll second that Barry!
Sometimes I think I'm insane for the time and money put into this hobby, but I
just don't get why anyone would intentionally cheat..
Sadly, the few things I've read, willful violation of the rules of an event,
don't know what else you can call it but cheating.
It will be interesting to see the mechanics of the CQ WW rules. Of course, the
next line of questioning will be "who is watching the watchers?" Loss of trust
is a very sad thing indeed...
