What DARC could also be saying is that, it's unfair that G/ON/F/PA/EA
stations get 3 points for working a SP/OK/HA/LZ/YO but DL stations
only get 1 point !
IMO the zone scoring system is fine, but as I've mentioned before,
the one think that definitely needs changed, is getting rid of the
unique station multipliers status that HQ stations now enjoy. The
emphasis in this contest used to be about working Zones, but since
the introduction of HQ station multipliers the emphasis has shifted.
