The point I was trying to make is *skill* goes beyond receving and logging.
It includes *operating* your station and making certain it is working
properly. If you are running stations for an hour on 20m and your software
is logging them on 15m... well? You're not paying attention and have less
*skill* than someone who is paying attention and catches this type of
problem. Whether CAT is being used or not isn't the point.
