One good idea for mobile ops might be to adopt the CQ used by W4AN, which
went something like this, as I recall:
CQ FQP W4AN/M W4AN/cty
It left no doubt to anyone that they were mobile and also what county they
were in at the time.
It was confusing to have fixed 4-land Florida stations appending their
county abbreviations at the end of their calls.
