It seemed like the majority of the skimmer/RBN provided callsigns on
my bandmap were bogus (i.e., the spotted callsign was not running on
that frequency), despite the efforts to clean up those spots.
So I suspect that many/most folks will keep skimmer spots turned off
because of this, and there IS a reason to care who gets spotted the
old fashioned way.
