What does that have to do with anything? Since this is the contesting
reflector we're presumably talking contesting here, and as far as I know
the factors considered relevant for contest performance are the
capability of the station and expertise of the operator. I don't know
of any contest with a handicapped scoring system that takes into account
the personal discomfort of the operator, and if anything internet lag
puts the remote operator at a decided operating disadvantage compared
with the guy who lives in country or who rented a nice air conditioned
shack while on vacation.
