So RDXC and CQWW are on the same level? Apparently we can now draw
definite conclusions by comparing one of the best "attended" with a
contest that many people have never heard of. Amazing.

in four RDXCs 11 to 15 percent of the SOAB operated 20 to 24 hours
with up
to 9 percent having 23:xx hours.
