I'm mixed on this issue.  Not iding is not the best form, but the fact 
of the matter is that (especially on SSB), 3 QSOs can be made in 25 
seconds.  Are folks that impatient that they cannot wait 30 seconds - 
especially when the pileup is large enough with stations that do know 
the call of the frequency runner?
