I don't CHECK eQSL requests, but I download my logs there (as well as LoTW)
so those who wish my QSL get it if correct call is in both logs -- and only
if correct call is in both logs, same as LoTW, since I don't review
unmatched cards. Mostly appreciated by CQ award hunters & those who enjoy
viewing various QSL cards, which LoTW doesn't offer. This way works same
as LoTW with minimal effort on my part. I was impressed that my LU/ log
(LU0 for CQ prefix hunters) wasn't accepted until their Argentine
representative signed off on it as legitimate, even though LU is not
exactly a rare catch for most purposes.
