You want the ARRL to "level the playing field", whatever that means?

OK, so what have you done about it?

Have you contacted anyone at the Contest Branch?

Have you contacted your Division Representative on the Contest Advisory
Committee?

Have you contacted your Division Director?

Or, and no disrespect intended, are you waiting for mental telepathy to take
affect to get your point across?

In other words... are you expecting someone else to get the ball rolling?
Because if you feel that it's important enough, why haven't you done so?

What's that? You posted on the reflector? That's nice. WE all now know,
more or less, what you'd like. Now, exactly how does that translate to the
ARRL taking action?

...you know, on second thought, don't. I don't see this as the big problem
you do, so I'd just as soon keep the status quo for now.

Nothing will ever happen as there is no movement at the ARRL to level
the playing field. It is up to us to move to be competitive.

I find it very interesting that people will not even admit that it is a
advantage. If it was not a big deal I doubt any of you VE's would be
defending yourselves so hard. That you are speaks volumes for what it is.
