Yep - it's a DX contest - if you live on the east coast.
It is pretty amazing how op's on the east coast piss and moan about any
rule change when they are having a ball working Europe and the left coast
just sits and listens to them run Europe on 40 and 80 when there is nary a
peep from here..
Working Europe from New England is easier than us working the east coast.
When the big M/M stations from the left coast have 1/2 the scores that the
east coast stations have, something is not right.
I can't remember the last time I worked Europe on 80, and I think I've
worked 2 stations in Eu on 160 in the last 15 years.
If you are saying, DX contests are fun", you should preface it with "DX
contests are fun if you live on the east coast". 73
