years ago was dealt with. However I get the idea that the contest committee
isn't really sure about how to deal with it, so they're throwing stuff at
the wall to see what sticks.
I wish they'd be smarter about it. There are ways to detect cheaters
without taking the fun factor out of it.
There's also the drumbeat of wanting to take away our cherished unassisted
categories... while I'm sure that's related to this, that's another topic.
