I would have thought this applied only to the top five overall scores, not top
scores in individual categories. With the possible exception of the All Band
Assisted/Non-Assisted and perhaps All Band Low Power. With QRP, there is very
little running to be done, especially on SSB, so a very high percentage of QSOs
will appear in other logs, subject to verification by log cross checking.
Does the recording rule also apply to the top five entrants in the 3.7 MHz QRP
Assisted Category? (A listed category in the 2016 SSB Top Scores, as published
in the April 2017 CQ)
