It's a stupid rule that is no longer necessary.
The guy who was recently, famously DQd wasn't caught because of a recording, he
was caught by SDR recordings of band activity.
A guy in Cypress was DQd on the basis of a voice recording that appears to have
been circumstantial evidence at best.
Further, it's a rule predicated on the notion that one must prove one's
innocence, rather than the committee needing to prove guilt.
Moreover, it does absolutely nothing to prove or disprove what may be more
prevalent forms of cheating.
Get with the 21st Century, CQ.
