[Karlnet] Wierd Reload

I've done many reloads on RG-1100s and they always act correctly...except
this one.  I complete the upload as normal but after the reboot, the RG
won't answer to the configev software anymore.  I have the machine and ap on
the same subnet.  It usually loads up as 198.17.74.254, but the lights are
on and nobody's home.  I see traffic on the ETH port...but no answer.  Once
in a while it will show up on a "scan" but never answers to a connect.

It works great as an RG in stock mode and passes traffic normally!

Has anyone ever seen this?
