for access list purposes, you use the MAC of the wireless card
for K-net licensing purposes, you use the MAC of the ethernet (the unit it
self)

I have a wierd thing going on with an RG-1100.

When I opened configev to find the access point. It showed me a mac address
of 00-02-2D-4D-xx-xx for that unit. When I loaded the key on the account
for this card, and uploaded the software all lights went red immediately
after boot. I think that this means that the license doesn't match the MAC
address...or am I nuts?

Well, I cracked the case and looked at the back of the wireless card. It
shows 00-02-2D-51-xx-xx on the card. Is the MAC a different MAC for the
wireless than the ETHERNET? This is a first for me.

Any Ideas? Suggestions?
