Give it an address out of the dhcp list in the novel server. If all the
clients are getting dhcp from the novell server I would simply set the
novell server to give out the gateway of the karlnet device.  You could plug
it directly plug it into the novell server and have the server do nat but i
wouldnt.  Good luck
