COMMENT: Back-ground X-radiation went down dramatically today. There is only
one spot with Catania number (38), NOAA labelled no active regions. We expect
quiet flaring conditions. The solar wind speed is now at the value of 400 km/s.
The interplanetary magnetic field is small resulting in quiet geomagnetic
conditions. Active periods are possible as consequence of a small coronal hole.
Last rotation, the K_p index reached the value of 5.
