Am of the mind Samsung makes LG. Did see them side by side (so to speak) only
difference I could see was the logotype. And the $$$ difference.

My LG front loaders are quiet.
My new Samsung LCD TV is also quiet. It's also resistant to RFI from
my KW. The first thing I did after I bought it was to check for
TVI/RFI when running a KW on all bands. Not a hint of TVI/RFI, so I
kept it :-)
