I have been doing this for a while now, here is an example:

Go down about 3/4 of the way down, and you will see a videop player, it
is the only one on that page. Hit play...
The original file is far more detailed than the player I'm using will
allow...
You will see a movie of the HDSDR waterfall, running across a 24 hour
period, and covering the entire 40 meter band.
You can see all the CW stations start the CQ WW CW contest at 5 PM...
If you use chromecast the cast will send the full resolution file to the
TV, which on a 50 inch device looks pretty impressive...
If anyone wants the full file let me know and I'll stick it on dropbox.
