If your propagation is good, and you work them, 'Great bunch of Ops'.
If your location and conditions are not advantageous, 'Poor ops, no
understanding of Propagation, why only work (insert prefix here)'.
Frustration will affect some part of our global ham fraternity, each
dxpediton.
