One of the goals of contesting was stated as promoting 
participation and activity. Tell me how allowing a technique 
that provides a significant advantage helps promote participation 
and activity? Yeah, like I want to be sitting at the starting line 
in my Chevy Nova when that Top Fuel dragster stages to my left.
