Is this in the rules? If not, how were we to know? Besides this
thread, I mean.
I have no problem making a PSK exception in all the RTTY contest rules
- it's better than trying to figure out if I'm hearing PSK or power
lines!
As noted by others, I don't believe we need to do the same for CW
because CW is allowed everywhere.
