Chen,

 I sent you a snapshot of RITTY doing just that last year sometime.
It only works in stand-alone mode and w8ll no5 work in contest mode. RITTY
has limited functions in contest mode.
One of the software packages out there defaults to putting a letter at the
end of each plain text word.

There could well be, but I haven't found the software that would print
"mixed shifted" characters.
