Some of those stations operate outside the auto sub bands because Winlink
doesn't want narrow modes mixing in with P2 and 3, a WTF moment to be sure.

I guess most of the RMS sysops didn't read the guidelines regarding avoiding
other modes. If you think 80m is bad look at the 30m usage chart and add in the ALE. HFLink and Winlink own the band.

Does anyone else see something inherently *wrong* about stinklink
monopolizing every frequency from 3565 - 3600 KHz?  And now ARRL
wants to allow those channels to expand to nearly 3 KHz each!
