As I said, you rarely if ever see it because most ops DO place an
{ENTER} command at the start of each macro. 

Without the {ENTER} the problem would exist in any logging program. 

Another advantage I forgot to mention is that with {ENTER} at the
start of each macro, the macro always starts printing at the left edge
of the screen instead of at a random location. Minor, but nice.
