Yep. When I was testing the CI-V I tried both settings. The Icom never
produced a state change in the PIC at either baud rate. The direct Icom
connection just doesn't work. I probably spent 30+ hours trying to debug it.
Hence my change to RS232. I will sort it out after SS.
