[TenTec] Tentec Scout/ "Anything Positive"

The LM2940-10 is supposed to regulate down to an input of 10.5 volts.
Makes me wonder if some generations of Scout might actually have LM7810
from days before the LM2940-10 was created. And the 7810 is KNOWN to
require 2 volts or more above the output. If so an upgrade might be
needed.
