K3NA: but there is one piece of non-bogus information: your e-mail address! So create a Yahoo address specifically for Yahoo Groups! That'swhat I did and I only read the Groups via webpage. I am subscribed to about a dozen Yahoo Groups as well as using several of their financial BB's and feel this whole "privacy" issue is academic. Yahoo disguises your E-mail address anyway...even better than contesting.com does! My address appears here as "btippett at alum.mit.edu" and on Yahoo it appears as "w0zv@y..." I think we're making a mountain out of a molehill on this whole Yahoo issue. It's because of all the noise (like this discussion) that this reflector has a much lower signal-to-noise ratio than the previous Yahoo Orion reflector did.
