        Tommy, I believe there is one major difference.  Wasn't
your problem unique to your application, or do all Orion -
Titan 3's eshibit the problem you had?  The Yaesu 1000 family
click problem is UNIVERSAL for ALL 1000's.  I'm sure you did
the right thing to get rid of your Orion since something was
apparently very different in your application than others...
maybe it suffered nosebleed with your 100+ WPM QSK.

        Thanks for the info about the 600 Hz versus 400 Hz filter
for Omni...apparently George has not updated the paper on his
website.  I was hoping the 400 Hz filter was correct thinking
it might also be a possibility for Orion.
