Although merely responding to the request for DSP chip "numbers", one
thought does come to mind now that you mention it... noise reduction. It
would be ok with me if the radio of the future (using the faster DSP parts
of the future) spent the extra cycles implementing a better noise blanker.

My neighbors's power tools in his workshop are driving me nuts!
