One more issue.
I was playing a lot with microphones and end it up using Heil Gold-Pro. 
But funny thing happened during this time. After I have adjusted right level of 
MIC gain in the menu I did master reset for other reason. 
Than again I have readjusted MIC gain to the same position (80) but could not 
drive ALC anymore.
So, I turn the POT (located at bottom of the ORION) all the way up and adjusted 
the menu to 100. This is just enough to drive the  ALC.
Did this happen to anybody else. Something happened to the firmware??.
Does work, but it would not if I wouldn't know about POT adjustment.
Looks like MIC DSP gain is much lower now.
