Hey you guys withall those   temperamental rigs, you might  check out a pair 
of M F J model 392/b stereo phones.  adjustable Volume on both sides and 
they are the most comfortable  I've used.  Around 25.00,bucks, 9 foot cord 
I forget the impedance but they work great on all my Omni series rigs.  Ed
