I have sent a rig in twice in the past year and a half.
I would rate the service as OK.
Not the nightmares you read about like getting the rig back 4 months
later....still unfixed, but not stellar either.
I sent the LF driver (woofer) in a hifi speaker back to the manufacturer to
be rebuilt on a Monday. I got it back on Thursday...rebuilt. I still can't
get over that!
In short, I'd figure 3 weeks is typical...perhaps 2

am sending it back to TT for service/repair.
How good is TT service as far as getting it and and back to you in the
quickest time, do they also let you know how much it is going to cost
before they do any repairs.
This is the first time I have had to send anything to them for repair.
