Ask them before you send it what their current turnaround time is.
Sometimes they nail it, sometimes other things happen and they miss it, but
not by a lot.

Subject: [TenTec] TT Service

Ok guys and gals;

I had something go wrong in my Jupiter(low or no output on any band), so I
am sending it back to TT for service/repair.

How good is TT service as far as getting it and and back to you in the
quickest time, do they also let you know how much it is going to cost before
they do any repairs.

This is the first time I have had to send anything to them for repair.

Thanks and 73
Kurt
