In a feat of incredible stupidity, I managed to operate my Orion I at full
power after forgetting to connect its output to the external antenna tuner.
My power supply is an Astron RS-35A, and while I was wondering why the
external power meter didn't show any output power, the Airpax 20 amp
breaker, which I had installed in the Orion power supply cord, popped off.
Two weeks later, and my Orion I still appears to be working ok.

I recently had the "final" assembly of my Jupiter replaced at Ten-Tec. I
blew the "finals" while experimenting with a PSK interface. I was using a
power
supply with no overload protection. That issue had been corrected.
