The mic in the CM500 is an electret (even though some sales lit says it's a dynamic). While not specific to Ten Tec radios, there is detailed generic hookup info to make any electret mic work with any ham gear, and it's pretty easy. See details in

You'll probably want to make one or two cable adapters, and the link lists part numbers for the connectors and where to buy them. You'll have to consult the manual for your rig to figure out which pins are which on the mic connector.
