Hmmm...
I run MMTTY and FLFigi on that same PC over the same connection and they key 
the Omni VI Plus fine.

Those work but WinLink/Winmor does not, so it's gotta be something in the 
program or a setting in it.

I don't think the Omni VI implemented that command.
