Hi Snowy.
Have you obtained a Paragon 585 service manual. If you
haven' t go on line to Vibroplex {the bug manufacture} they have bought out
several companies & there is a print company that print electronic manuals
{that's where I got mine}.
The manuals on line for the Paragon mark 1 are useless,
they just cover the first 36 pages of the operators manual. Any how let me
know how you get on.

Has anybody ever changed the plug in mini coax connectors on the PLL
ref/major and minor loop pcb,s.Reason for asking is that it seems that the
centre contacts are very hit and miss.I had been looking at the bigger
versions as fitted to the Omni and others, they are more substantial or
changing them for sma types.Just a thought in the hope that may be the
answer to my PLL out lock message.cheersSnowy
